It’s that time of year again when everybody needs a bit of cheering up and TLC! Wellness has become a real buzzword in recent years and we have plenty of suggestions for yoga-lovers, detox-pros or fitness-fanatics, but we also know that you need a bit of a pick me up in January so here are some of our favourite luxury breaks to make you all feel a bit better:
Kamalaya in Koh Samui promises to do more than give back some of what life takes away; it introduces you to a healthy lifestyle experience and reconnects you to the healer and visionary within.

Their wellness programs offer solutions for detox, yoga, stress and burnout, fitness and weight control. Not far from Manila in the Philippines, you can find The Farm at San Benito. Set in a beautifully landscaped oasis where nature redresses the imbalances of modern life. The Farm is an award winning, luxury retreat, famed for it’s ‘natural’ approach to emotional and physical health.
There are many experiences to choose including detox, fitness and yoga packages. The spa treatment programmes are all-encompassing, covering everything from stress reduction to ayervedic yoga.
