At times when 2020 has suspended our ability to move freely around the world, our 360 Partners have continued to plan journeys, creating safe passages for their clients to destinations within our corridor.
360 kicked off the year by accepting invitations from three preferred hotel programmes, adding Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite and Mandarin Oriental’s Fan Club to our portfolio. With a combined status of 13 luxury hotel group programmes on top of our Virtuoso membership, our Partners can truly pamper VVIP clients with fantastic value-added benefits.
Our team expansion in Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland and Amsterdam have welcomed loyal clientele who understand the value of their travel designer more than ever. We have swiftly grown and successfully integrated incredible new 360 Partners from a range of expert niches. By choosing to launch their travel business with us, they benefit from our wider community and our regular Partner meetings, offering an opportunity to engage with the team and meet our trusted suppliers. In 2021, we are focussed on rebuilding and launching our bi-monthly Partners events to keep growing these valued connections!
Innovative business development and virtual destination training has also been a key growth opportunity through hosting numerous 360 virtual team ‘Huddles.’ Whether it was our supplier partners giving us the latest updates on the ground or our own Partners sharing their expertise, they allowed us to stay connected and always with our finger on the pulse.
As a collective unit, we have all shared expert insider information with the changing face of travel. Best of all, we have all been in the same boat whilst rearranging or refunding our clients’ trips, and have navigated these waters together in our 360 Club. The breadth and depth of the knowledge and experience held by our Partners has enabled our team to create unique experiences for their client’s future travels.
